No.. I was not talking about that small bone like thing above the teethset. I was talking about proper teeth.. see on the left in the xray.. the teeth have lost bone support and appear to be placed in an empty socket! Advanced case of Chronic Periodontitis. Pyorrhoea for the layman.
What makes u think I've breached a patient's privacy. Maybe I took this x-ray from public domain! And anyways, all radiographs are a doctor's property. I was taught this in our 'ethics' lecture!
